Reservations
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve
basis.
The CAMPBELLFORD RIVER INN is not responsible for any
damages,
injuries or losses incurred while on the premises / property
or
while using the facilities, pool, boats and motors.
Deposits
/ Cancellations / Refunds
A
deposit of 30% per group reservation is required*. Deposits
may
be
paid using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, personal
cheque
(payable to Campbellford River Inn). No post-dated cheques
accepted.
US currency accepted at prevailing rate of exchange.
Balance of account
is due on check-in.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
If accommodations are unavailable, the deposit will be
refunded in full.
There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or
unused fuel in
boat / motor tanks. No credit / discount is given if
recreational facilities
or reserved equipment is not used.
A
$20.00 administration fee will be charged on all
cancellations.
For spring and fall (Oct 01 - April 30), guests are liable for 100% of the total
value of their
reservations within 48 hours of the check-in date.
For summer season (May 01 - September 30), guests are liable for 100%
of the total
value of their reservations within 1 week of the check-in date.
Damages
/ Liabilities
All damages to CAMPBELLFORD RIVER INN property or equipment
must
be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for all
damages and
losses to accommodations, facilities, equipment, boats &
motors, however caused.
Repairs replacement will be billed at cost.
The CAMPBELLFORD RIVER INN does not employ a lifeguard, nor
supervise
the
playground, beach or swimming area. Parents / guardians are
responsible
for
the supervision, actions and safety of children and guests.
Boats
are not equipped with running lights. It is illegal to
operate a boat after
sunset
without such lights. Use after sunset is done at the
operator's risk.
An
approved, properly fitted personal flotation device (PFD) /
life jacket is supplied
for
each person in the boat.
It
is a serious offence to disable a smoke detector, fire alarm
or fire
extinguisher.
Cigarette smoking in the non-smoking rooms is prohibited. If
noticed,
a $30.00 fine will be charged.
Quiet
time 11 pm., at 11:30 pm., we will call any room making
excessive
noise
and if needed will be asked to leave immediately.
Waterfront
area and pool closed at 10 pm.
